TIME - 2 FULL DAYS
PARTICIPANTS - Open to anyone with at least a Level 2 Standing who desires to reach a higher level, greatly improve thier umpiring ability and learn the fundamentals of the 3-man system. It is highly recommended for anyone wishing to be considered for work in a lower level provincial tournament (15 and under) and mandatory for anyone wishing to be considered to work in a higher level provincial (16 and over).
REWARD BCBUA Level 2 Membership and HEY! BLUE subscription and an opportunity to write the provincial exam. Upon successful completion of exam an opportunity to request a field rating and if successful Level 3 Status
