For:   non- leadoff baseball 60 foot diamond umpires

- cost $25.00 per student for first and second year umpires only, otherwise $50.00 per student.

Time: 6 hours of instruction

Delivery Method:

• 1 day session of 6 hours plus a 1 hour break for lunch.  Total 7 hours.

• 4 evening sessions of 1.5 hours each.  Total 6 hours.

• 2 evening sessions of 3 hours each (2 sessions of 1.5 hours with a short break). Total 6 hours.

Concepts:

Rules –Classroom (1.5 hours)
                -basics as per normal L1 clinic
Rotations –Classroom (1 hour)
                -diagram in classroom and demonstrate/drills in gym
Signals –Classroom or Gym as required (.5 hour)
                -drills and demonstration in gym
Plate Basics –Gym (1.5 hours)
                -drills and timing drills in gym
Base Basics –Gym (1.5 hours)
                -drills and demonstration in gym

Notes:  There will NEVER be a combined L1-L2 clinic unless approval is given by the Education Chairman.
